Awful taxi company dont use
Usless, doesn't work. Once you sign in, it sticks you with a blank white screen.
Waste of time was waiting for 25 minutes for a taxi and they had to ring me a different taxi company after waiting that long
Worst app ever. Phone is easier.
Complete waste of time. Booked a station taxi the night before, it didnt arrive on time. Ended up talking the operator who told me the app us just a casual thing for when you're in no rush !! Taxi arrived 15 minutes late. App default options pick cars not cabs and the call button doesn't work. Hopeless app.
50min, late over charge y 3.50..n I told them my grandad was disabled to.... Disgusting
I've used Allen's for a long time and they've had a lot of money out of me over the years. On the whole the service and the app is good, although there are a few bad apples that let the company down, especially those drivers 'chasing the money' whom will take your job while still on another job because they've 'cheated' the system by clearing there current job down early. What does this mean for the customer? it means that you can order a cab, it'll say dispatched and then you wait longer than normal because a greedy driver is going in the opposite direction, sometimes by miles to drop that person off first. If it says "Get a car in 3 minutes", take that with a pince of salt and add 10 minutes to that.

Disgusting service I have used this app and get ignored. Taxi doesn't get dispatched and I get late for work. They pick and choose when they will dispatch cars. If there was an option for 0 stars they would of had that instead because even 1 star is too much
